1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and fada88 ("fada88", "we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the fada88 website located at https://fada88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

You may not access or use the Service if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

We employ technological measures to detect user location and may block access from restricted jurisdictions. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Criteria

In addition to age and geographic requirements, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a fada88 account terminated for breach of these Terms;

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with fada88. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using alternate identities, is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the reason, including attempts to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or evade account restrictions.

If we detect or have reasonable grounds to believe you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions, and confiscate any balances, including winnings. We may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fada88 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility.

You agree to immediately notify fada88 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication if available. fada88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification

fada88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

You must provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days of request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, and potential account closure. We may use third-party verification services to confirm your identity and prevent fraud.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your fada88 account using any of the payment methods we accept, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, QR Ph, and GrabPay. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. fada88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your fada88 account are legally obtained and belong to you. We reserve the right to reject deposits or return funds that we reasonably believe are derived from illegal sources or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in your account dashboard. Standard withdrawal processing time is two to four (2-4) hours during business hours, though may extend up to forty-eight (48) hours depending on verification requirements and payment method. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional security checks.

fada88 reserves the right to impose fees on withdrawals under certain circumstances, including but not limited to excessive withdrawal requests, withdrawals from accounts with minimal gameplay activity, or chargebacks. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings from free spins or free bets are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. You must wager bonus funds a specified number of times (typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount) before such funds can be withdrawn as cash.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, video poker, and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all. Specific contribution percentages are available in our bonus terms. Making bets that we deem to be for the purpose of circumventing wagering requirements (such as low-risk betting strategies) may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. fada88 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Dormancy fees will be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the fada88 platform is governed by its own specific rules, payout tables, and gameplay mechanics as described in the game information section accessible within each game. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, table, and your account status. fada88 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific users based on gameplay history, account verification status, risk assessment, or other factors at our sole discretion. We may also modify limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Malfunction and Errors

In the event of system malfunction, software error, incorrect game result display, network connectivity issues, or any other technical failure that affects gameplay or results, fada88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All gameplay is recorded, and our records shall be the final authority in case of disputes.

If an error results in incorrect crediting of funds to your account, such funds remain the property of fada88 and you must notify us immediately. Continued use or withdrawal of erroneously credited funds constitutes fraud and theft, and we will pursue all available legal remedies.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors;
• Card counting, edge sorting, or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games;
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse;
• Betting on outcomes already known (past posting);
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or criminal activity.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fada88 may offer various bonuses, promotions, tournaments, and loyalty programs from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, and shared computer (such as public library or workplace). fada88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, making minimal deposits solely to claim bonuses, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, reversal of winnings, and potential account closure.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the fada88 Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of fada88, our licensors, or our content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Content;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software comprising the Service;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The fada88 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of fada88 or our affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
